I've been keeping a list of things about the kids in my phone and it is way past time to share it! So, here are some things I want to remember about them.
Deegan:
"Ocklate" for Chocolate
"Helly Bea" for jelly bean
"Doddy" for doggie
"I okay" after falling or coughing.
"Betta" for Better
Asks for kisses after he gets hurt and sometimes wants Griffin to give them to him.
Swishes his drinks around in his mouth before swallowing.
"My turn" "Mommy's Turn" "Daddy's Turn" depending on who he wants to do something for him.
Tells the Ipad night night.
Likes to sneak up and say "Surprise!"
Says "Get Back here!" He did this once chasing someone down the hall at church saying, "Get bakc here daddy!" It wasn't his daddy. ha ha
Randomly says "What? I don't know!"
Tells you "I stinky" when he needs a bum change. Hopefully potty training isn't far off!
Loves to "snell" flowers and candles and always has to smell them in the displays at Sam's Club.
Can count to 19.
Says "because" when you ask him a question.
Starts many phrases with "I bunga....." I bunga my hat, I bunga go outside Funny and weird. ha ha
Calls Griffin "Fwippin"
Says "Whoops spaghetti o's!"
Wiggles his tongue side to side when he is concentrating
Griffin!
Almost holds his bottle (Can do it for short amounts of time but always puts his hands up when you start feeding him)
Grabs his feet at 4 1/2 months
Rolled from his tummy to his back right on his 5 month mark. (July 9)
Rolled from back to tummy on July 21
Eats his toes July 22
Loves his feet and is always holding onto them!
Started wearing size 3 diapers at 5 months
Wears 3-6 month clothes with a few 6-9 month at 5 months.
Sleeps from about 9-7 then eats and back to sleep until 8:30-9:30
ALWAYS happy!
Eats 5-6 ounces and gets rice cereal with squash, carrots or sweet potato and a little fruit in the evening and he loves it!
He is mainly on formula but I am still nursing him morning and night. I love this time with him so I might keep doing it for a while. :)
Still hasn't slept in his own crib/room :) But soon!
Loves his big brother and Deegan makes him laugh so good.
SO Ticklish! Everywhere!
