Deegan's Swallow Study

In our quest to figure out what is causing Deegan to have so many throw up burps (yucky burps) each day, we headed to the Children's Hospital in Fresno, CA for a swallow study. Thankfully Eric was able to get off work to go with us!

We got up bright and early and headed in!

 Waiting to be called back. Doesn't he look thrilled??

 Daddy made it all better! Deegan got very nervous. He had to drink a yucky mixture that would show up on the X-Ray. The Radiologist was very impatient! Hello! You are working in a children's hospital!! Thankfully the nurse was awesome and go Deegan to drink by squirting in his mouth. The Dr. was ready to give up after 1 min. Seriously! Everything looked normal which was good but didn't give us any answers.

Then it was on to the rest of the day off with daddy! We went to breakfast after and then headed home to play outside of course!

There are some pretty awesome trees in this RV Park.

 Then naptime!!

After naps we headed to try a new park.

And then!!! Time to fly a kite!

 

All of that made us very hungry! So Deegan helped me make a pizza.

And Deegan needed some "chopstick" for his lips. :)

It was such a great day!! Spent just as a family and having a blast! Love days like that.
