First Bonfire

Just a month after he came home from his mission in Florida, Uncle David decided he was going to North Carolina for the summer with our cousin. So before he left, he decided we needed to have a bonfire! It had probably been before he left two years ago since we had one so we were all for it!

Deegan does not seemed thrilled. :) He was probably sick of getting his picture taken. You would think he would be used to it by now.

Happy little family!

Deegan and his grandma. He was too fascinated with the fire to care about me taking yet another picture.

Deegan and his buddy, Uncle Kevin. Again, staring at the fire. ha ha.

Roasting hot dogs is hard work! It was a fun night with the family! I think Deegan quite enjoyed his first bonfire/weiner roast. :) Maybe next year he can actually eat one!

David is safe and sound in North Carolina. I am sure it is sunny there. Not snowing..........Can't wait for him to get home in August!

Aunt Nancy here...Fun family pictures! I love the memories of bonfires when I was growing up in Wyoming. One of my VERY favorite family events! Sorry you are not going to have David around for the summer so soon after he gets home. What is he selling out there? Love you guys.
