Well here it is, a little late, but proof that we did indeed celebrate Christmas!
There are a million pictures but you should all come to expect that from me by now......

Deegans stocking loot. Santa had to get him this sled because it is perfect for babies! It has a back on it and a buckle that goes between his legs to hold him on it. We haven't used it yet because we went from no snow, to freezing freezing cold. Hopefully before winter is over!
I wish I would have taken more pics of him opening his presents and then with his stuff after, but I didn't. :( He got this Mega blocks pirate ship, a case of mega blocks, a wooden rocking horse, a cool fisher price race way ramp thing, a bounce and spin zebra that you can see behind him (it is like those horses at the park that are on the big springs, ya know? :) which is his favorite!, a leap frog magnet set for the fridge, clothes, a cool Greg Olsen board book and lots of other random things! Santa was good to our sweet boy. He deserved it all!
Playing with some of his fun stocking goodies.
I sucked at taking pics this year! Ahh! We had a great time at my parents and we all got spoiled. Eric got a boot dryer which he loves and uses every night, I got clothes, a new hair straighter, Dr. Oz's baby book :), and our little family got Despicable Me (such a cute show!), a tooth brush sanitizer, movie tickets and a gift card to Texas Roadhouse. Wow!
Then we had our traditional German Pancakes with little smokies for breakfast. Yum! It was then onto our next stop. Phew!
He loves this toy from grandma and grandpa Sanders. I was so happy to see she got it for him. I discovered these cool, wooden, activity boxes but had already spent too much on him so luckily grandma found such a cute one for Deegan. He loves it. It really is such a fun toy with so much to do on it!
Steven and Chelsie got him this cool stuffed rocking horse. It makes horsey noises and trotting noises and its head and tail move. His legs need to get a little longer but he will love this for a long time. So, yes, he got 2 rocking horses. ha ha
Eric's parents got us a 4 person 72 hour kit. Awesome!! I have gotten lots more into food storage and 72 hour kits since having Deegan (and since seeing 2012:) so this will be a perfect addition. It is sitting on our bench/locker set that is by the garage door so we can grab it and go if that is all we have time for. Thank you guys so much!
One of Deegan's favorite things to do right now is play peek a boo by ducking down and popping up from something. ha ha. Here he is doing on Christmas. He does it at church, restaurants, just about anywhere and loves the reactions he gets each time. It really is so cute.
We got Eric's mom a nice silverware storage box. She has had her nice silverware in a shoe box forever so this will be good. Funny story, she has had one of these on her wish list for as long as I can remember and so we finally found her one this year. A week or so before Christmas I was looking at her list and noticed she had crossed it off. What?! Eric casually brought it up and she said she didn't think they made them anymore so she just took it off. Luckily she still wanted one and was happy to see they do in fact still make them. ha ha.
Kinda of a random pic but later Christmas night we went back to my parents to play games. My aunt got us a new one called Would You Rather and you get challenges that the other players choose for you. Well this one, my mom had to lap water out of a bowl like a cat for 30 seconds. ha ha. It was pretty funny!
What a great Christmas we had with all our family! We are lucky we live so close to them and see them often. I can't wait for next year already! I know Deegan will be so fun. Anyways, if you made it this far, I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and are having an enjoyable new year! We have set some pretty high, but very reastic, goal for ourselves to accomplish in the coming months and I will be one happy girl when we accomplish them!
Happy 2011! I know it will be an amazing year!

Aunt Nancy here... VERY nice! Loved your Christmas card. Sounds like you are all off to a very fine start. Love you!
Looks like you had a great Christmas! Seems like you guys play some pretty wild games with the fam too. I'm jealous that both your families live so close and you can visit both in one day... we're trying to convince mine to move to St. George someday.
