Lucky for him....

As I was having my daily lunch phone call from Eric, I was telling him I had been lucky the last 2 days to not have a headache but that today was making up for lost time. Wanna know what he said? "Well you really can't complain." Before jumping to conclusions, I asked, "Why not?" His response, "Because you have not had to deal with cramps for several months."

Let me get this right, since I have been so lucky to not have cramps for a few months, I am not allowed to complain (only slightly) about having a headache almost non stop for the last 2 1/2 months??!!! Lucky for him, I was in a good mood. Anyone who knows Eric very well knows he was totally kidding with the comment he made. He is very good at being a teaser, jokster, etc. He loves to get a rise out of people, especially me. Lucky for him, I was in a pretty good mood, even with the headache, and was able to laugh right along with him. Lucky for him, I am totally (almost) used to his antics. Lucky for him, I love him and miss him terribly when he is gone and this incident actually made me miss him even more. Lucky for me, he is mine, and I am SO lucky to have him!!

Sometimes they just don't get it... Hang in there, because it just gets worse (once you have the baby, it seems to get better though...)! : )

I'm so sorry you're having headaches so much. That sucks. Guys are so funny... sometimes they just don't get it. At least your countdown to Eric coming home is getting lower!
