So I went from not being tagged in a long time to getting 2 in a row! Sheesh. So here is the first one:
My cousin tagged me to list my 5 favorite things. I am going to take the same route she did and say that obviously my hubby, family, friends and all that important stuff is for sure at the top of my list and tell you some that you may not already know.
1. Shopping!!! Surprising, I know. I love it. Even if I am just browsing (not as fun as buying) it is fun to me. I like to go alone but often need a second opinion. I am always looking for the best deal. I am one of the crazy people that drive to or call several stores or shop several websites to make sure I am getting the best deal. Yes, I know that I am wasting more time and gas then it is probably worth but I don't care. It is satisfying to me. It does, however, drive my husband crazy.
2. This goes along with number one, Kathy Van Zeeland handbags!!! LOVE THEM!! They are pretty reasonably priced and are so fun! There are some pretty hideous ones that I would never even consider buying but most are so unique, fun and slightly extreme that I love them. She is also very good and putting lots of pockets in most of her bags and I LOVE pockets in my handbag. If you have never seen any, you should. TJ Maxx and Ross are usually great places to find them at a discount.
3. Chick Flicks/Romantic Comedies (basically the same thing). They all pretty much have some what of the same story line and you can usually predict the ending but they make me so happy! Luckily I have a great hubby who will usually watch these with me. That makes it even better.
4. DVR!!!! Oh how did I ever live without you? Seriously though. I love this invention. I just record my shows and watch them whenever I want, commercial free. Genius!
5. Last but not least, my home! I love my home and love being home. I am very much a home body. Don't get me wrong, I still love to go out and everything but I am usually perfectly content hanging out at home with Eric and Kai. Watching TV, movies, playing Rock Band, cooking dinner whatever. It is so relaxing and comfy and I love it! If I am home, I am usually happy!
Choosing only 5 was actually hard. I have lots and lots to be thankful for. This list is just some of the fun things I love. Now, I tag.......Chelsie, Melissa, Ashlee Shepherd, Britanee W., and...........Ami!!!! (DO IT!!) :)

Someday I think I need to get DVR! And I'm so happy I'm not the only one who has to look around forever to make sure I'm getting the best deal on something! Doesn't it make you mad when you finally buy something and then it goes on sale a week later?! Drives me nuts! :-)
Fun to read! I'm bad at remembering to do tags. Once I finally remember I forget who or where the tag is so I don't know what to do for it. I don't mind doing them, I'm just spacey.
I'm sure DVR's are like cell phones, once you have one you don't know how you lived without it. So far I don't know what I'm missing so I'm going to stay blissfully unaware for now. :)
We are a lot alike, especially with the finding the best deal thing!! I will call and search online for ever to find the best deal. I know I waste a lot of time and gas too, but it's worth it to me!! And as for the exercise thing, I have been doing a 6 week routine off of a "Biggest Loser" workout DVD that Jess gave me. Then I try to go to the rec center at least a couple nights a week, but I've been bad the last couple, and I do a power toning class that they offer which is a great class and then I do the treadmill or eliptical for 45 min to an hour. I need to really start kicking it in gear to get ready for the race!!
I am finally back to blogging :)
Jon's car is a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, think Fast and Furious lol. I don't really get his love for it, but it is his one hobby...so I try to understand.
And I am so excited for the Bachelor on Monday, home town dates are like my favorite!!! Naomi's family looks CRAZY, if I showed up to someones house and they made me bury their dead bird, I think I would be cutting them haha.
